Our client is a leading Korean company and its currently looking for Construction Management Advisor/Manager.
Requirements:
Degree/Major B.S./Electrical or Instrument Engineering

Language
1) Russian: Native2) English: Fluent in Reading/Writing/Speaking

Relevant Experience (Must)
1) 20+ years of experience in EPC Projects (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, LNGProjects) in Russia
2) Min. 10 years in cost estimation and Proposal
3) Min. 10 years experiences in Russian projects
4) Exp. in Lead Cost Estimation for All discipline (E&I)
5) Exp. in Project control manager
6) Exp. in / Knowledge about Russian subcontracting regulation/legislation

Preferred
1) Exp. in Site manager or Project manager or Project control manager inRussia
2) Exp. in Construction management (CM) Project (More than 2 projects)
Job Description:

Planning of proposal strategy
1) Planning and establishing of proposal strategy in accordance with Russian Characteristic
Tender document
1) Reviewing ITB and preparation of all necessary documents related to technical and commercial bidding
2) Preparing all necessary documents related to commercial management, contract administration and technical documents
3) Preparation of work procedure, method statement and manpower & equipment mobilization plan
Execution of Subcontract Inquiry Package
1) Preparation, review, issuing of subcontract inquiry package of proposal and construction phase
2) Preparation, review, issuing of document for pre-bid agreement (P.B.A) with subcontractor, if required
Analysis of Subcontractor’s proposal
1) Analysis / Review of technical proposal such as manpower / equipment mobilization plan, method statement, value engineering strategy
2) Reviewing and analysing the basis of quotation including man-hour, wage rate, material,, T&C, equipment cost, indirect cost and any other cost
Construction Management Advisor
1) Planning and establishing the construction schedule and critical milestone in accordance with Russian construction characteristic
2) Coaching and advising regarding General construction contractor’s manpower, equipment mobilization, overall construction sequence considering the Russian construction characteristic
3) Prediction of the construction interface from the Drawing, Vendor Print and related engineering deliverable and coordinating with all discipline
4) Reviewing and reporting the construction method statement (C.M.S) / Inspection test report (I.T.P) and relevant construction procedure
