    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university

    • 5-10 years of experience in oil and gas facility design, upstream and midstream.  

    • Able to travel to job sites (offshore and onshore) for short site visits

    • TWIC Card

    • Able to fly in helicopter

    • Be able to hit the ground running without much training

    • PE Registered and NCEES Record

    • Prove experience with calculations in line sizing, PSVs, piping thermal stress analysis

    • Experience with pipe, rotating equipment and pressure vessels

    • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

    • Contribute to a team environment in a fast-paced project based atmosphere

    • Knowledgeable in API 14C and API 124E, CFR 250

    • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Navisworks, Caesar II, Pipeflow


The candidate will participate on a design team on a range of projects.  The candidate would be expected to do the following tasks:

    • Create P&IDs

    • Create equipment specifications

    • Create and maintain line list, tie-in list, equipment list

    • Equipment package lead

    • Review drawings for code and specification compliance

    • Facilitate a group of piping designers for drawing and 3-D model creations (P&IDs, general arrangements, isometrics, piping sections and details)

    • Perform thermal piping stress analysis

    • Participate in HAZOPS

    • Drawing review and checking

    • Provide construction support
